As director of the franchise company, Active Physio, I have utilised the HDANZ auditing services to ensure that there is uniformity in the business systems across the Group. The implementation of quality systems has ensured robust and duplicative business processes that have assisted our business to expand confidently and efficiently from 3 sites to 8 sites in 5 years. We have grown from having 3 sites in Hawkes Bay to 6 sites in Hawkes Bay, one site in Paraparaumu and one site in Te Awamutu, with 24 staff in total.

HDANZ provides an extremely efficient service. The audits are set up to be as non-intrusive
as possible. The clinics are allowed to continue their daily business with very little patient interruption. The auditors are very well informed, efficient people who come from an experienced physiotherapy background. The reports that are sent to us following the audit are very well set out and are clear and informative.
